Martin is CEO of the group, leading its AIF depositary services

He is a founder director of the Thompson Taraz regulated companies and during his time in that role has accumulated extensive experience of acting on Real Estate funds involved in building and exiting asset portfolios in the UK but also across Europe. He works closely with specialist legal, compliance and tax teams to ensure that funds are set up and run to meet their investment objectives and comply with the UK and EU legislation by which they are governed.

His other activities are in security trustee roles, providing custodian services and corporate governance. He also represents the group in technical industry forums.
